# Zenda Cabo

> Two luxury private residences in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico — ocean, sunset, pool and mountain views, with concierge service and direct booking (no platform fees).

Zenda Cabo ("Your elevated Baja escape") rents two fully furnished residences directly to guests:

- **Casa Paloma — 2BR Ocean View**: 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4 guests, from $198/night. Ocean and sunset views, king master, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, private balcony.
- **Casa Nopal — 3BR Pool & Mountain View**: 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 guests, from $298/night. Pool and mountain views, king master, twin guest room, full kitchen, in-unit laundry.

Shared building amenities include a rooftop lounge with dining and jacuzzi, a pool with sun loungers and shaded seating, and a fitness center.

Location: Marea Los Cabos, Av. Paseo del Pescador #8, El Medano Ejidal, C.P. 23479, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico — a 5–8 minute walk to Médano Beach (and SUR Beach House), with the Cabo San Lucas Marina, Puerto Paraíso mall, Walmart and downtown restaurants all within walking distance.

Booking: direct on the website with secure card payment. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay, or $150 for stays of 4 nights or more. Promo codes are supported at checkout. Availability, nightly rates and seasonal pricing are set per date and shown live during booking.

Concierge (white-glove) services can be arranged in advance: airport transfers, private chef, housekeeping, excursions and charters, grocery pre-stocking, and in-residence wellness.

Not offered: on-site restaurant, beach bar, spa, breakfast service, or pet accommodation.
